"They made my compounded medicine incorrectly leaving out an ingredient. Every time I’ve been in there the system changes or something goes wrong. They have really flawed communication system. The customer service is terrible. The front desk personnel will blame you if you go there to pick up a medicine and it’s not ready. Terrible."

"TERRIBLE SERVICE. Don’t go here unless you absolutely have to!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! After I was originally told my script would be ready Friday by them(But no, “it’s ready call!”), I finally called them on Monday, they said it was ready. Drove almost an hour, across the causeway, to pick it up. Got there, 1st told they had no record of it. Finally found the script on the computer, after looking—TWICE. But then I was told it wasn’t ready. WAIT?! What?! “So come back tomorrow.” WTH? Wasted time, gas, and still have to go back! YOU CAN DO A LOT BETTER!"

"They were a lifesaver when we couldn't get our daughters medication filled at the pharmacy we normally use because they had flooded. Archway had her new specialty prescription ready in less than a day! Then, when we went to refill it, we were told it was being shipped on a Monday but it didn't actually go out until two days later, and because we needed it that day my husband had to drive an hour to pick it up. When he got there they ended up crediting our account and giving it to us no charge for the mistake! Wonderful customer service. We will definitely continue business here."
