"Brian is absolutely the best!! I started going there about four years ago when I was having a difficult time getting my son's prescriptions refilled at Walgreens (because they would never have it in stock). Brian goes over & beyond....he will let you that this is your last refill, offers to call in a request, when possible for a new prescription...he once called me about a prescription that was ordered by my doctor, to warn me, since I'm allergic to pencillin, this medication may cause a reaction and suggested that I have benadryl on hand and also take it when I was around other people - just in case.....and sure enough, I took the medicine as prescribed by my doctor, and had a reaction to it....I called Brian ( not my doctor - that knew of my pencillin allergy), I WAS FREAKING OUT, not knowing if this was the worse case scenario ...or if it was going to become worse (my right side of my face was swelling and I could feel my tongue swelling which I was thinking, I was not gonna be able to breathe), Brian calmed me down just by having patience and talking me through the situation....I will NEVER go to any other pharmacy. I moved out of Mandeville and now live in Covington, but I drive out of my way to get my prescriptions filled by Brian. Also, it's nice to go to a pharmacy where you are known by name....love, love, love Jeansonne Family Pharmacy, it truly is like you are "Family' - he treats every customer as if you were a family member!!"

"I would not go anywhere else for my pharmacy needs. Bryan always fills my prescriptions within a couple minutes (while I wait) after leaving my doctors appointment next door. He also will call with a reminder when my prescription refills are coming due. His prices were cheaper than other pharmacies, including SAM's. GREAT, personal service. On more than one occasion, I was having trouble making it before his 6pm closing time... He always offers to stay late AND has even offered to deliver to my house. I'm extremely happy with both my Dr. (Dr. Richard Jeansonne) and his brother Bryan. So wonderful to leave your Dr's. appointment with prescription in hand. Thank you both. Stacy Stewart"
