"This place is a hidden gem, amazing location, beautiful sunset, reasonable prices, great staff. This was our second stay and the improvements to the resort made over the year is beautiful. Research the history of this resort and you’ll find that you stayed at a place like some of the biggest celebrities/mafia did many years ago."

"Gulf Hills saved us! Arrived in Gulfport MS and went to our hotel--it was an embarrassing dump. Called around an most hotels were booked. Called Gulf Hills and they had room; checked in around midnight. The room was wonderful! The staff were very nice and made recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. They were doing external renovations, but we were not disturbed. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"We have stayed here a lot over the years and can't stress enough how beautiful the rooms and lobby area are now! We had a drink in the Sunset lounge over-looking the water. Great view! And the pool area looks amazing with the kid-friendly game area. Looking forward to our next visit"

"The decor was lovely. I look forward to seeing the property when all the renovations are completed. I would recommend a pocket door between the sink and toilet/shower room in the double queen room and a threshold piece across the front door. Overall our stay was wonderful and we will return!!!"

"Even though renovations were going on … we received text messages along the way informing us of the need to change our rooms and up to date information about where the check in had moved to. I had special request for kitchenetts -and 2 rooms side by side as we were traveling with our new grand baby, daughter and son n law; back to Ocean springs (my home town). The front desk personnel were all so helpful and accommodating. Our favorite rooms are now JANE AND JUDY. We had a fabulous weekend even though it rained Saturday night and the bar was closed for a private party. The addition of bar with some appetizers/small plates would just top it off. Since the location isn’t down town- there is no food in walking distance. We can’t wait to come back in the summer and enjoy the pool."
