Kroger Pharmacy

"AMOXICILLIN for a patient that it CLEARLY STATES ALLERGIES: PENICILLINS! I just by chance looked at this prescription for my husband right before he took it. This could have killed him as he is extremely allergic. Unbelievable that the doctor didn’t care to read his chart and then the pharmacist filling this without checking is just disheartening. I understand that everyone is overwhelmed but penicillin allergies or any allergy should have top priority."

"It saddens me to write such a negative review. My experience to get prescription refills has been the worst. The staff seems to have no concern for the customer. I have filled prescriptions here for quite some time and each time I explain my daughters situation. Advising the pharmacy tech that she takes many medications and only 5 are covered by division of medicaid.. I even went on to buy the Kroger RX card to help with cost. Therefore leaving to be ran on medicaid and some on the Kroger prescription card. No compassion. It always seems to be a inconvenience for them to do their job. I live near by but I may need to change pharmacy."

"I have used this pharmacy since we moved to the area. Use to be quick and reliable. Twice in row I’ve had to wait another day to prescription refilled and miss a dose of my heart meds because of it. Way to go Kroger…if you don’t get on top of this, you’re going to loose customers by the dozens!!!"

"The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I’m not sure if they have new management or what the issue is. I have been a patient with them since early 2000’s but no more!! I have moved my prescriptions to Amazon and it’s so much easier to deal with. If it’s a prescription I need same day, I use the Walgreens on Hugh ward. I will no longer use this Kroger for any of my prescription needs. They are slow, and incompetent. They never have any of my prescriptions ready, even thorough they have 3 days advance notice to fill them. Don’t use this pharmacy if you value your time."

"They take forever to fill the prescription. Most of the times, I have to go and ask for the medicine; they will say it is not filled yet and will ask me to come the next day. Otherwise, they will ask me to wait for 30 minutes to fill and then come back. If there is anyone in the queue that the staff knows, they keep on talking and chatting with them without realizing that there are a lot of people waiting in the queue. Also, most of the time, the person who checks you out is not authorized to deliver the medicine to the customer; somebody from the other side of the pharmacy has to come and scan their ID and then only the medicine can be delivered to the customer. I used to wonder why can't they put someone who can deliver the medicine to also checkout the medicine to the customer. Overall, worst Customer experience. The only reason I keep this store as my pharmacy is that it is near to my home."
