"Large rm I had a queen non smoking room which came with a full size sleeper sofa, had a coffee table and a dining table. Microwave and dorm refrigerator . Ironing board but no iron. Bathroom door must be closed in order to reach the toilet paper. Hole in wall below and to the left of tp holder."

"Checked in and was met inside the front door by a roach. That was far enough for me. Checked out immediately and the owner rudely issued my card a refund and told me it would be 7 business days before i would see a refund on my card. No rooms available within a 100 miles radius so im sleeping in my truck instead of sleeping with the roaches."

"Nice rooms but could upgraded the the beds and pillows to much people walking around at all hours of the night had someone looking in my window not to my acknowledge of course I'm reviewing for my husband but I think he sat that up this is at 3am in the morning ! Very nosy on each side of my room for 60 a night the management needs to crack down on the nose at 2-4 am and customer walking and hitting my window and I looking in and I understand it's a hotel and kids will be kids but good God keep the nose down at that time of night the lady at front desk was amazing"

"Owner-woman was very nice. Let me see the room before I paid. Which is always a great idea. I needed a handicap in the middle of the night during a storm. America's best value was very rude. Customers were in the lobby at ABVI and they got rude and tried charging way too much. I then picked here & id definitely stay here again when we come this way. No bugs like some reviews said. Sheets and bed was so comfortable.I've worked in motel industry & I know some things can't be prevented. If someone brought in roaches before you how is that the motels fault. Now if they decided to not call pest control then blame them. If u want 5 start then go to the hampton. For the price it was fine. Clean and comfy."
