"Viola and John treated me like family. Viola replaced the headliner in my 2006 Honda Accord in about 2 hours. She gave me a choice of fabric and she and John delivered my car to me at my home. I didn't have to take a cab to pick up my car. Her work is impeccable. John got a headlight for my car and installed it for me also, at a discount price. These are good people who do high quality work. I recommend them and will definitely go back if I have any other upholstery work to be done."

"DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE!!! They said that they were professionals but sadly they were not. They were supposed to fix the front seats of the truck but couldn't manage to do that. They permanently disabled the air bag sensors and the seats covers are falling apart. We took them to court when they wouldn't fix the issues, won the case, and they never paid the court award. Be smart - don't do business with these people."

"If you're looking for serious, quality upholstery work, look no further than Viola at Southeast Upholstery. I don't normally write such detailed reviews yet the craftsmanship displayed in the complete tear down, refinish, and rebuild of our antique furniture deserves the attention. Viola kept us apprised of every step in the process including several trips I made to the shop to see any concerns she had and to authorize any additional work since the couch and matching chair are over 100 years old. We had a previous woodworker refinish the wood yet that was a mistake. Viola had to completely strip, sand, and refinish the wood, replace some springs and all lining materials, and, of course, cut all new high-quality cushions which are molded to fit the curves of the armrests. Feel free to peruse the Before & After pictures I have included and pay attention to the details - the straight lines, the molded cushions, the piping, and the equal spacing of the tacks. In addition, the armrests, FREE throw pillows, and edges of the cushions are black leather and leather is not forgiving. There are no pinches or stretches in the leather nor in any of the 3 fabrics I chose. Also, just FYI, she does auto upholstery and, if she has time, boat upholstery. One thing to remember: Good Work Isn't Cheap and Cheap Work Isn't Good. You will only get the best from Viola and John. P.S. I included pictures of another couch Viola completely rebuilt and painted silver with silver fabric. It looks amazing! Judge for yourself."

"After waiting 8 months I finally get my unfinished destroyed looks worse than when it was given to Viola and John Rush sofa back.and the arm that she did do needs to be redone clearly she is extremely inept!! The photos of the sofa inside is how it looked before it went to her shop on the trailer is when I picked it up, you can judge for yourself, shes a complete nightmare, and when I got my sofa back it was missing the coushins inner springs and the legs off my sofa and the nail heads!!"
