"We are from Downeast Maine. In traveling from Texas to Mississippi, we booked this B&B for 2 nights. Very charmingly decorated, quiet and very peaceful. The breakfasts were to die for. Steam rising from the pond in the morning as the sun was coming up. Canada geese in the pond and an egret in a tree. We will definitely return to this wonderful, quiet and peaceful place."
"We enjoyed our stay here. Cynthia is very pleasant to work with, and Mr. Karl is such a kind man. They were both attentive to us while still giving us the space to relax and just enjoy the stay. We booked the suite. It is large and comfy with a big jetted tub. Being able to walk out onto the back porch straight to the pond made this an exceptional experience. I enjoyed Sitting on the porch enjoying the breeze and birds. This B&B is literally in the middle of nowhere - you drive down a long gravel road in the woods to get to it, which was a little scary at first but man did we enjoy not being close to highways and stores and all of that. We enjoyed just being in the country! The pond is stocked, so that provided fishing, too. All in all - we would definitely stay here again. More places need this good old fashioned hospitality!"

"Mrs. Connie really took good care of us and the morning breakfast was AWESOME!!!! We have another wedding in the area in october and will definitely be back. Its a perfect get away and replenish time. Thanks again for having us and making us feel like family."
