"Met Dean today after messaging him several times. SUPER nice guy. Plenty of information...none of the pressure. Told us everything we needed to know to help narrow down our choices. We told him we wanted to think about it, but would get back with him. **At most other places, this is the moment the pressure would ramp up**. NOT the case with Dean. He just said to let him know if we needed any more help. After thinking it over while we had lunch (because any mattress purchase is a big purchase)...we returned and bought a complete king-sized set. Couldn't be happier. And something we didn't even notice until we got home is that our mattress set is made in AMERICA!!!"
