"Very Professional Friendly Staff, that worked as a great team. Got me in to do the procedure in great time, gave a time it was going to take to do the procedure and it took the exact time. Help me up and out to the waiting room for the imaging disc to be made, once it was finished I was given it and wished farewell, I really enjoyed my visit!!!"

"The staff actually doing the MRI were friendly and professional. I would give them 5 stars. I deducted a star for the front desk staff. They were friendly, but DID NOT communicate they were running an hour behind to me. They told the people that came in 45 minutes after I came in which I overheard. As a full time caretaker, I would have rescheduled rather than wait an hour before I could even start my MRI. When I mentioned it to them after my MRI they never even offered an apology. The manager of this place needs to hire more people like the tall blonde lady that sets up the MRI and replace the front staff who don't seem to care how long you wait."
