"It was a wonderful stay. Big room, had a couch to be able to sit on while we ate. The bed could have been a little softer, but it was a very enjoyable stay. Had a great breakfast the next morning."

"Best hotel i’ve stayed in at Greenwood. Lobby area was nice and clean. They have free hot breakfast and everyday it’s something different. The rooms were spacious and spotless. This hotel is even walking distance to Walmart, which comes in handy. Definitely recommend staying here and will be back."

"Hotel and room was very clean and attractive. Looks as though it's been recently updated. Hotel charged $7 for a can of soup. Problem is they charged my card $22 the next day for" incedentals" just because they had my debit card number, and we were still in their hotel! This is outrageous! I went to the front desk and was told that even though I had not booked the room myself, because used my card to make a purchase instead of cash, I would continue to be charged each day for "incidentals". This is robbery!"

"Had a 1 night stay in a double bed suite. Over all, the hotel was clean, quiet and continental breakfast was mediocre. Our initial check in around 5p was mediocre. She was efficient but not really friendly. The manager was at the front desk and greeted me and my child with a smile. Checkout was simple with just dropping off the cards at the front desk. Our problem was on a followup call to the hotel. I checked out a little before 9a and on our drive home (at 10:50a), I realized I had 2 charges from Comfort suits. (I booked through a third party which confirmed on my receipt that “Your credit card is charged the total cost at time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.” and “In connection with facilitating your hotel transaction, the charge to your method of payment will include a charge for Taxes and Fees. “) I asked the receptionist why I would have 2 extra charges on my credit card. She responded that I should have “a charge for $14.00 for incidentals”. I told her I didn’t have a $14.00 charge and asked her what the secondary charge was for. She cut me off and asked me the amounts on my credit card and I confirmed “20.32 and 16.25.” She told me the 16.25 was incidentals and I needed to wait for it to “fall off in a few days”. Her tone was very rude and abrupt and I asked her why she wouldn’t acknowledge the secondary charge. She told me “there was a sign in the lobby to cover all charges” and I told her, none of the paperwork I signed discussed the random amounts. (FYI- the paperwork requires you to initial to acknowledge potential $250 charges for cleaning and/or damages.) She offered her manager to call me back but when I asked to speak to him right then, she said he was not available. I would have been willing to wait a couple days for the charges to fall off if she wasn’t so rude and refusing to answer my questions. *waiting for the followup call."

"Hotel rooms are very nice. Pool appears nice but is supposedly closed due to "Covid". Other hotel pools are open. Breakfast is decent but forget the bacon -- the pieces are very thin and about 1" long."
