"I had an great experience at the hotel. The rooms where clean and stock with everything we need. The staff was extremely kind and offer great assistance. The Manger Amy,was very helpful and knowledgeable of her job. She assistance me with my room, going over details and policy and offering us something to drink.. She was very understanding of us needing a later check out time instead of 11 and allowed us to stay u till 12 Breakfast was also good. The hotel lobby and outside was clean and no odor."

"By far, this is the BEST Hotel in Hazlehurst, MS. I went to high school here & have stayed at every hotel/motel in town. I’ve seen this hotel go through at least 2 prior management changes, & this last ownership change is the best! They’ve done a complete remodel of the entire hotel & the pool works now too. It’s closed for the season now though (been out of service for at least 15yrs). Mrs Amy & her family are very friendly & accommodating. Its not a Hilton, but it does has the vibes due to the new look."

"Worker came knocking on my door a little before midnight telling me I didn't fill out there paper work and she needed my phone number. Get down to the lobby to the manager I haven't even met yet calling me disrespectful. I only did everything the first worker told me to do, And after all that they never asked for my phone number. Internet is worthless."

"The room was hot they control the air which you can not change. Also the beds are really loud because they use iron frames under bed...The quality of mattress is really good and comfortable"

"Booked this hotel for a family reunion. Since it was an enclosed two story hotel, I assumed it had an elevator- not so. However; Amy, the manager, went out of her way (even worked on her day off) to accommodate my elderly, debilitated mother and me. Amy maintained a pleasant, positive and professional disposition despite the multiple stressors the weekend presented. Mother and I were very appreciative of everything she and her staff did to make our stay comfortable."
