The Wright Stuff

"I ordered from this company because they claimed the product, which so many companies were unable to receive at that time, was "in stock" on their webpage, and it was at a relatively decent price. After about a week, I was informed that the product was on "backorder." Their webpage still claimed to have the product "in stock," even though, now, I was told it was not there. I waited and waited...no one contacted me. A week later, I had to contact the company's customer service. I was told soon the manufacturer would send it to them, and then, they would send it to me. This cycle went on for 2 1/2 more weeks - I would contact customer service, asking for an update about my product's whereabouts. Consistently, customer service showed no signs of any investment or responsibility towards me or my situation. Customer service simply blamed the manufacturer and did not apologize until our last interaction. Over a month later, they received my order and asserted that my credit card was not going through. Once again, I called them. They discovered that credit cards are not approved with their company after 30 days. I gave them my number again, and I am now waiting for my product 34 days after ordering it. I may receive it in 3-5+ days. I still paid full price with shipping."

"BUYER BEWARE: If there is any possibility that the item you are purchasing needs returned - Buy the item elsewhere!! I bought a platform for a chair - was charged $189.00 (this amount included $19.99 of the shipping costs) They do not supply a return label - my cost cost to ship the item back $68 - then The Wright Stuff also charged me a restocking fee and my credit card refund was $135.00 - IT COST ME $122 TO RETURN THE ITEM - SHOP ELSEWHERE IF YOU ARE NOT SURE THE ITEM IS WHAT YOU WANT OR NEED!!! I FIND THIS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.."
