"If I could give them a negative zero I would. Gentleman at the front desk was very rude. When I realized he ran my credit card I immediately advised him I already paid. I thought he was charging me for incidentals. I was tired and learned I was at the wrong hotel. The hotel I booked was the hotel next door. He refunded the charge but proceeded to advise me he has to charge a few dollars for the credit card processing fee. I asked how much is a few dollars a couple of times. He finally said $5. I know this was partially my fault because I wasn't paying attention, but $5. I will be disputing with my bank. Horrible service"

"It was a good thing i carry disinfectant wipes with me. The toilet needed wiping. The sheets looked like they hadn't been changed. The shower hadn't been cleaned, the shower curtain was filthy and so was the hair dryer. I have not been impressed with MS hotels at all."

"Showing it's age. The air conditioner kept me awake most of the night because the condenser was so loud.. One of the walls in my room was painted a harsh orange. It appeared to be clean. Only spent one night here. They do allow dogs."

"TV did not work, ceiling fan was so dirty couldn't turn it on. The switch at the front door turned off all electric in the room including the wall sockets (cpaps). Bed was soft on the left and hard on the other side. When you moved you could hear the box springs groaning like the springs on an old truck. The heat worked well. The shower was medium hot. The place is old but you can see evidence that they try to maintain it. Water was good."

"Rooms were not very clean, blanket and sheets were stained and had cigarette burns on them and neither bed had a fitted sheet, just 2 flat sheets that did not even tuck in on the sides and a blanket, several of the lights do not work, one due to outlet being pulled halfway out of the wall, one due to the light bulb itself being broken but still in the socket and one with reason unknown. Requested a refund, and had to sleep with a chair against the door due to having my 15 yr old daughter and having 2... strange men passing verbal advances to me and staying on the floor above me but standing on the balcony in perfect view of our room for half the night. Overall the place was unsanitary and felt very unsafe and not only will I never again be back, but I also have recommended to my booking agency that it not be listed as any place safe or clean for anyone especially kids and or women even married ones because my husband was also with us and got into a confrontation with the guys for the comments they made to me. Very long night of very little sleep. If I could give less then 1 star I would there should be a negative amount of stars for how bad a place was."
