"I would ask for a refund if I could. I only stayed because I could barely keep my eyes open from the road. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant. The entire building smelled of urine. The towels were obviously dirty and one looked like there was blood on it. I wish I had driven to the next exit."
"The options are few in an area like this, but the Days Inn is the best of the two hotels in the area. The manager is fantastic and works diligently at taking care of everyone possible. He practically wears 5 hats due to the lack of people wanting to work. Treat this man with kindness, and watch his kindness and hospitality flow. Rodger is a great kind man, and we felt delighted to be stuck in this town staying at this man's hotel."
"DO NOT STAY HERE. ROACH MOTEL!! Waste of money, and disgusting. Over priced for the terrible conditions. There were cigarette stains on the tub, reared of cigarettes, roaches at night, the towels were dingy and yellow.. the towel rack was ripped out from the sheetrock upon arrival and we were afraid of actual bed bugs. We only stayed here for the night due to me being sick, coming off the interstate. My girlfriend toughed it out for me regardless of how nasty it was."
"Made a late night stop while on our road trip. Thankfully there was a room available right away. The beds, sheets, pillows, and towels were clean. The rest of the room was not. The floor was sticky all over the room, as if it has never been shampooed. I felt gross walking on the floor barefoot. I didn't allow my child to walk on the floor either. The TV remote was sticky also. I noticed there were still trash in the crevasses between the "dresser" and corner where the TV stood. The corner where the TV was on had a little counter that was COVERED in dust and something sticky. Dust on the headboard of the beds, the lamps, some of the counter space near the beds. I cleaned some of it myself and threw away a black paper towel. I didn't feel comfortable unpacking any of our stuff, or comfortable to bring our stuff in with how the room felt. I see the intension is pure with the motel but the lack of care is obvious. It seems as if they just do the bare minimum with cleaning. I won't recommend this place. For $120 for one night in a basic room with 2 beds, it was not worth the money. I would've rather have driven a bit longer to find something nicer and much cleaner. We had a negative encounter with a random person while getting into our room at 11:30pm, we had addressed it to whomever was working and they were very polite and supportive to help us rid of the negativity and prevent anything further happening. There's only 2 positive things to say- availability and friendliness of staff."
"Very kind owner he gave us some fruit bars and fruit cups for the road. Our room was pretty clean and bed was awesome. A/C was working and has a bed bug cover on the bed so don’t be worried about bed bugs. Way better than super 8"
