"I have wasted about $150.00 in to this place of lost money. I've been back to try to resolve my issue 4 times in the last 2 weeks since I originally spent $160.00 for a device and setup. It's really bad business. I've been going to evape on hwy 21 and they know how to resolve problems. All I can say is Brittany...you should go check that place out if you want to know how to really give good customer service and fir the gentleman that I deal with today will definitely manage your sales down even further. But I guess when your business is booming you don't really care about customer service until you do. Good luck!!! "I love that they have a very large selection of eliquids, hardware, and accessories. The eliquid is very reasonable prices, they have some hardware, RDA & RDTA on sale. Some of the mods are a bit pricey compared to online prices but I'm aware that things are generally cheaper online. I noticed on my receipt that there was a strange charge, it said 120ml $6.00, I called to find out what the charge is and it's actually the nicotine tax in Louisiana. They actually put it separately so that you can see that they have charged the 0.05¢/ml per Louisiana law. They also have a rewards program, offer military discount and have specials just about every week. The staff is willing to help you out as soon as you walk in the door, unlike some other stores I've been in. I shop at this location because of the friendly and helpful staff. I'll pass at least 2 other vape shops just to go here. There's a shop not far from them that I refuse to go to because I sent them a DM asking if they offer a military/veteran discount and instead of just saying no and leaving it at that, the guy came out and rudely said "that they don't offer a discount for that group of people but they have a loyal customer discount." If he would have just said no we don't have any military discount but we have a discount for loyal customers, I would probably go see what kind of selection they have but his choice of words is what caused me to decide not to go in there and I've also told my veteran vaper friends about it. I don't just go to Create A Cig for the discount because it's not like I'm saving a ton of money, it's a 10% discount and the tax in St Tammany Parish is a little over 10%."
