"Won’t be going back. I been struggling to get my prescription filled for almost a month. I called Sartin’s and they had my information and they told me they could fill it for me. The insurance finally approved the PA and I call the pharmacy this morning and now the pharmacist says he can’t fill it for me bc he is losing $21 on the deal….. well maybe you should have looked into that when I first called and asked you if you could fill it for me. He said you will have to call your doctor and have them send it somewhere else. I’m going through so much having to be off my meds this long and he sure didn’t care about it at all. Customer service from the pharmacist sucks!! The ladies there are so nice but he is a tool!!"
