Southern Christian Services

Southern Christian Services for Children and Youth, located at 4735 Old Canton Road in Jackson, Mississippi, is dedicated to providing services to children and families in need. With a focus on preventing children from re-entering the foster care system, the institution has a high success rate in keeping adopted families together through their post adoption services.

The organization offers a range of programs, including parenting classes and support for at-risk parents through Parent Strong Prevention, as well as services for adoptive families through the Adoption Permanency Division. Through their efforts, a significant number of homeless youth have been able to achieve individual housing and permanent placement in safe and stable environments.
