"I called and asked if my prescription was in, I guess they only made sure the script was in rather than ready. I got there and turns out, it had to be ordered and I came back 2 days later and it was ready. I was told it would "hopefully be ready the next day" but I waited 2 days rather as it was more convenient for me. It was ready after 2 days for sure. I will ask if it's ready to pickup in the future."

"Went to get the rest of my prescription for the month because I called them this morning and the lady said she had it ready for me (had to make sure because I have a 60 mile drive to come to medicap) and when I got there the owner of medicap informed me that his employees messed up and already had given me this prescription months ago. He threatened me, because I was upset and asking questions. I’ve never dealt with anybody quite so rude especially when I’ve been a loyal costumer to him for the past couple of years. I asked him to please make print offs over the past few months. He did so with an attitude. The ladys in the back, one blonde lady, laughed as she heard that I asked for management. Very unprofessional. Will be having my prescriptions transferred in the future!"

"I bought a nebulizer there on Saturday. Took it home and it did not work tried to call them they were closed. Got my sister to take me in to return this product on Monday, the pharmacist Todd was very rude did not look at nebulizer or anything just said in hateful voice he could not give my money back and did not offer to replace it. I had not used anything that came with machine everything was still in sealed bags. I told him this but he did not care. I then ordered one from Amazon works great with 2 year warranty from a company FHLP and they said if any thing happens to it before 2 years was up they would replace it free. Medicap lost a long term faithful customer. I don’t need them I need companies I can depend on now that I am disabled."
