"Great preschool! They take great care of your kids and it’s right in the heart of Richland so it’s convenient to pickup and drop off on the way home!"
"My grandchildren went to Kiddie Corral for 3 to 4yrs. They loved it there! Myself and my daughter in law have no complaints. My grandchildren learned a lot there, they did a great job of preparing them for school! The daycare had a lot of extra fun things for them to do, field trips, dressing up, parties that involved the parents. They have a great playground! The meals and snacks are very healthy and delicious! If I had anything negative to say it would be that the turnover of staff was frequent. Not management and supervisors, but the teachers. I would recommend Kiddie Corral for parents looking for a great daycare and preschool!"
"A 9 AM cutoff time was implemented some time around last year. Since then I make sure to always have my girls there before. A week ago, myself and 2 other moms made it there around 8:56. One of the teachers came to the door saying the children couldn’t come in because it was past cut off time. Me and the 3 other moms looked at her, and then each other in confusion because it was indeed before 9 AM. We all looked at our phones just to be sure we weren’t wrong and yet the time now displayed 8:57. The teacher kept repeating “well our clock shows 9”. Then she decided she would go talk to the director, but she came back outside to apologize once more because the kids couldn’t come in. I found it quite cowardly the director wouldn’t come outside to speak with us herself. I feel it’s because she knew it wasn’t actually passed the cut off time and didn’t want to be ridiculed for it. At this point I’m infuriated and appalled. I then made the conscious decision to remove my children from the daycare because if y’all can’t even tell time, I don’t want y’all teaching my kids. I asked them to go get my children’s things and that we’ll find somewhere else to go. Even if they were to let them in after the back and forth, I wouldn’t have had a clear conscious going back home without them cause you never really know what those people are capable of doing to your children. I also would like to mention at least twice a week they were messaging me telling me my youngest daughter was crying and seemed to “not feel good” but every time I would go pick her up she wouldn’t have a tear in her eye and when we got home she would be just as jolly and energetic as when I dropped her off. And to add to that, my daughter was also suffering from a constant diaper rash while she there. I had tried everything to rid of it. We’ve seen her pediatrician on multiple occasions, a specialist, tried changing her diapers and wipes, detergent, different lotions, different medications…and nothing was working for her. It was causing a continuous stress for me because no one wants to see their child suffer from the agony and irritation of a rash that was seemingly incurable at the moment. But since she’s been home with me, no rash. That was an eyebrow raising moment for me. There’s been many many questionable incidents that has happened over the 2 years my girls have went there and I’ve contemplated on removing them for a long time, however the he convenience of it being just over a mile away and other daycares in the area always being full, they stayed much longer than i anticipated. One last thing, people may deem it as harmless, but I caught one of the workers vaping in the foyer. She didn’t know I was outside. I’d definitely steer clear of this place.’"
"They are clearly understaffed and not following the guidelines set forth by the state. When a child gets hurt, they don’t even realize it happens. Or don’t notify the parents if they do know. When asked they lie and make excuses as to what really happened. Never any visible proof of the incident when asked. This has happened more than once. We caught them in lies both times. It will not happen again. We were forced to contact the police about these incidents."
"Had to call the police 2 years ago on them."
