"Terrible service. 1) I had two biopsies over a month ago. They told me the results would be in within a week. Three weeks later, after calling many, many times and never received a callback, I showed up at the office. I have a history of melanoma, so I thought they’d take it seriously. Turns out, they’d had the results since exactly a week after. Scariest part: I needed surgery. They got me in the same day. 2) I currently have stitches from the surgery. I have called four times asking when I can take the stitches out (it’s been three weeks). No call back even though the voicemail message says they’ll call back within 24 hours. I guess I’ll have to show up in person again. If you want a clinic that takes your health seriously, go somewhere else. I won’t be returning."

"This office has taken care of all my skin care needs for many years now. I've had 2 basal cell carcinomas removed and they found and removed the melanoma I didn't know I had! It was found on a routine 6 mos skin check! Misty Ivy is who I primarily see and Dr. Patel does my surgery. I highly recommend this office!"

"I’ve been a patient for a few years at the Olive Branch location and absolutely love it. Very friendly staff & I am typically in & out within an hour every time I go. I will be Life long patient. Very fast & sufficient- I would recommend them to my friends & family!"

"The worst experience I’ve ever had with a physician. I never leave reviews, but this is an exception because of how bad the experience was. It was three years ago, and I’d almost forgotten about it until a friend said she had a bad experience. We looked up my appointment and realized we had the same PA, Jennifer Hinders. I drove over an hour for my appointment, waited in the waiting room for over an hour after being on time for my appointment. She was in the room for less than 90 seconds and dismissed my every concern. My diagnosis ended up being incorrect (after treating it with her prescription to no avail), and I had to wait for a spot at my local dermatologist’s office to open up where I finally was listened to and treated appropriately. I do not recommend this place at all."

"Automated voice system is all you get when inquiring about test results. It has now been 8 business days since initial appointment and biopsies taken (09.30.22). Appointment was for my husband. I have left 4 messages beginning three days ago. Was promised results would be known and shared within 5 business days. Please see photos for lack of hygiene in patient room where biopsies were done. The garbage can lid was nonexistent and trash visible. I cannot recommend this business. And if you do go here, take someone with you to observe and insure proper procedures are adhered to and nothing is overlooked."
