"While the staff was pleasant and friendly, the owner was quite rude to me on the phone. I haven't tanned before, so I bought a 7 day pass to try it out and ensure I liked it. I also bought a full size bottle of moisturizer and some tanning lotion. I spent almost 50 bucks my first day in. I tanned once, for 9 minutes. My mother got very ill the next day and was put in the ICU. I called and explained a few days later and asked if I could come a couple times after the 7 days was up because I'm her primary caregiver and I hated to waste my entire pass. He was disinterested and said no abruptly and rudely. I will never tan here again on principle."
"I love coming to tan here! The store is always clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. They have a variety of lotions and their 50% off! Their bulbs always stay changed and the beds are always kept up. They also have moisturizers for just $9.95 and plenty to choose from. Ive always enjoyed tanning here and have always had a great experience!"
"I always wondered why so many young girls would go through these doors, and I finally got a taste of management myself. The owners of this store are rude and inconsiderate. They can never keep customers happy nor their workers do to their attitudes. I have been a loyal customer and paid money to tan here for years but won't anymore. Take your money to someone who cares about their store and how it is ran, because if they cared... they would not treat their loyal customers or employees the way they do. Baffled at my experience the other day with the owner but won't share it here. Awful. Just awful."
"Bought a bottle of lotion on July 31 and the inside top was missing and the top that goes over the bottle was stripped. Did not notice this until I tanned that afternoon. I do not tan there, but I have always bought my lotion from there. So when I put it on I noticed it was really greasy and sticky, at the time I thought well maybe I put too much on and then the second time I used it same thing, so I thought well maybe my body has gotten used to it since I have used the same lotion since February. I bought sample packets the next two times I tanned and then went to use mine and it was sticky and I noticed it was turning me orange which has never happened before so I contacted the manager Tim and he said if olive branch location has a bottle he would trade it because I had only used it a few times so great I call that store and they have it while why I was driving out there Tim called me back and said they could not find where I purchased this product recently and the girl told him the bottle was half empty and the Southaven store. I said no sir when I bring it to the olive branch location they will see it's completely full seeing I had only used it a few times and he continues to argue saying it's been a long time and he's gonna lose money and I should contact the distributor and so on. Pretty much said I was a liar, I offered to drive back to the church rd location and try to sort out why it wasn't showing according to him and told him the same girl that has sold me the last two bottles will remember I was there just 8 days ago and again argument. My problem is if there was nothing fishy to this 70 dollar bottle of lotion it seems to me once the distributor he buys from looked at it and touched it would agree something is wrong and would have traded him out a bottle for a bad product he sold his customer. Right is right and wrong is wrong. I'm out the money for a bad product that apparently I'm guessing now from the behavior they new was old and bad when they sold it. I would suggest checking your lotion when you buy it from this particular location because they will not do the right thing. All I wanted was to trade it for the exact same thing not money back and when a business can not honor that something is fishy."
