"This 2 star rating reflects the solid 4 I would give the store and front staff vs the ZERO I would give the pharmacy. The service is garbage and the staff doesn't care. They will give you a time on the phone to pick up and when you arrive 30 minutes later than that tell you it won't be ready for an hour. My time, my gas, and my business is too important to waste on some stone faced employee who doesn't even apologize for the delay."

"This cvs location is never open on time. Employee pulls in parking lot at 812 strolls to the door unlocks it and closes it behind her with several customers waiting to go inside. This is not a one off its on a regular basis."

"My 3rd trip here in 1 day bc they have poor communication skills. I had to come in bc the line was about 5 cars deep and the pharmacist himself took my prescipt. He then threw something, huffed and puffed, rolled his eyes all before marching over telling me it will take 20 MORE minutes. He clearly hates his job or his life. This is not my first encounter with the poor professional skills these employees project onto the very people that create their paychecks. This is ridiculous. I will never return. I will move all mine and my families business elsewhere. And to this rude person- this medicine was for my 8 year old daughter who had 2 (TWO) Emergency room trips today. She has been very sick!!!!! If you clearly hate your job and/or working with the public get a new job. Stop being rude and disrespectful to people."

"It’s great, for me of course because the conveniences. Honestly just a skill issue for people who can’t find what they’re looking for. A lot of these people don’t have the patience to tell the customers something and speak their mind here like something is wrong. Just ask politely and you’ll get your way faster."

"This store is poor excuse for a pharmacy. I went to drop off scripts. Waited 15 minutes or better. Then the clerk came over to help because of being short handed she messed and had to reenter the 4 scripts I had. This took about thirty minutes. Leave get a call they are ready from George. Go back to pharmacy and the older lady working told me she had nothing for me. That I had to tell her what I was picking up. Left without meds I needed. . They need help and quickly. ."
