"Worse pharmacy around!!!!! You drop off prescriptions, from the doctors visit you just had from being sick, and they tell you it’s gonna be a couple of hours or so. This is ridiculous!! There are more than enough employees back there but all you see and hear are them all talking and discussing their personal issues instead of getting their job done so you can get your needed meds to feel better. They make this process ridiculously long for NO apparent reason. Will be changing pharmacies first of the year!!!! I’ve had enough!! I’ve given them every opportunity to treat me better but to no avail so I will be definitely leaving this ridiculous company. Get away from them ASAP. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!"

"The Pharmacist as well as one other Pharmacy Tech has to be hands down the worst at customer service that I have seen in a long time. The way they treat their customers is horrible. I have witnessed them treat people that I don't know while waiting in line like a piece of crap and at times just completely ignore them altogether as if they don't hear them or see them. I am completely blown away by this because I don't live in Batesville, but my mother currently resides here. It is a struggle almost every time she has went to the Walmart Pharmacy to pickup routine medications. Enough is enough with this type of treatment from people that wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for the customers like my mother who has routine meds to fill every month. I am having her prescriptions transferred to another Pharmacy and I suggest to anyone else that is having this same issue to do the same."
