"I have a huge collection of vintage costume jewelry that I sell online and at antique shows and malls. The few times I’ve had an issue with a high-end piece, I’ve taken it to Bay Jewelers. The repairs were made perfectly and I was never made to feel that my jewelry was less important than the fine jewelry they’re accustomed to selling and servicing. Very unlike the experience I had in Houston when I took a bracelet to a store there to have a safety chain added for a favorite customer. Monday I'm taking in a pair of Chanel sunglasses that needs an adjustment on one of the end pieces. If it can be fixed with jeweler's tools, I know Jerry can do it!"
