"The two men that work there always go above and beyond and are extremely helpful. They have fair prices and can answer any question you have. I love that they have a great selection but it is not an overwhelming amount like the "competitor". They always have customers but it's never jam packed and uncomfortable. I will always chose Neail's over anywhere else in Batesville. I feel safe and welcomed and like the owners are more personal with the customers. Five stars for sure!"
