"you guys need to pay for better internet. people who travel for work and need to do work on their laptop need to atleast be able to send reports in and have 10 mb download MINIMUM. I never thought internet could get this bad but this is the worst out of any place ive ever been not just hotels"

"We had the absolute worst hotel experience of my life at Quality Inn Cleveland, MS. We got to our room and one of the beds was not made. It looked as if the room had been cleaned but somebody had been in there hanging out. The shower was poorly caulked and looked awful. Many of our group's room reservations were messed up. Run away from this place as far as you can!"

"I stayed on 1/2/24, upon getting off work at 10pm (already purchased room) I found that it was no use of a tv, the water was yellow, the shower didn’t work and there is no telephone in the room. I called front desk (no answer) I decided to walk down there and was calling at the same time because I know the lady was there. She looked like she saw a ghost when I came around the corner while she was just sitting there letting the phone ring. The next morning I wanted to speak to the manager in which she was there but she looked at me with a blank face and said None of the tv’s work and said I’m sorry you didn’t have a pleasant stay. I do NOT recommend this hotel to my enemy. Worst experience ever! Oh and the “breakfast” they have is lifesavers in a candy bowl. The only thing edible I saw"

"I booked a room there for October 13 2023 and they canceled the reservation and I have yet to receive my refund back. I call this property at least twice a week and never get an answer. I talked to someone said they were the General Manager. She said I was getting my money back in 5 to 7 days and they never sent it back. She told me to call and ask for Autumn but no one will answer the phone. Every time I’m in Cleveland I stay at this room and now they won’t give my money back. Who do I need to contact for my money."
