"As a Tenant of this building. The new property manager in charge is the worst property manager I have ever had. It takes well over a month for anything to get done with the roof of the building. We had water running into the building daily. There was parts of my office i was unable to use for quite some time until the leak got fixed. After going back and forth for over a month with Cherie Reeves of 5Rivers CRE (the property manager). We came to find out that they had a preferred contractor that they deal with. Every 3 days i would check up on the status of the repairs and when we will see someone at our property. For 4 weeks Cherie said "They will be there this week" every single week. It wasn't until 5 weeks in she said that the people they use are from Memphis, TN. For whatever reason that was for it seems they where going through more than they could even help us out. After about another week of back and forth with cherie she decided to finally choose someone local at a higher price to them (I don't care its called get it fixed) After about 2 weeks from this. We have parking spots that we pay for and reserved for our trucks, business vehicles and employee vehicles. After our interactions with each other Cherie decided to tow our work vehicle away from our property with a company that doesn't have any right to tow vehicles off private property like they did and ends up breaking a motor mount and a CV Axel and charge us $800 to get our vehicle back from the towing company. This is a shady Management company that own the building and the manager will not respond anymore to us. After showing her lying to us about having our vehicle towed off of there property. DO NIOT RENT FROM HERE"

"Employees should learn that if a child isn't comfortable talking to you, move it along and go. There is being nice and then there is being pushy with a child who is uncomfortable. TBH, that was just one male employee, the rest were very nice and polite."
