"Never really had a problem. I wanted to write about an excellent customer service experience I had with one particular great lady, and later on her wonderful colleague. My experience started with Kaitlin - just as professional AND compassionate as can be. She put in my refills over the phone for me. To my surprise within 5 mins Kaitlin called me back, one of my refills actually wouldn't be able to process until the next day. I have NEVER had that experience before! In my situation it was super amazing she did that. I believe she wasn't even required to. She just did it. She would be the finest example of Great and Excellent customer Service where they go the extra mile! Her colleague - Cassidy. Cassidy is the lady who gave me service at the register. In my short interaction with her, she was a delightful, sweet, and an exemplar of customer service. I thank these beautiful souls! Absolutely switch or start going to the Kroger in Brandon! I sure am enjoying it!"

"I picked up my insulin today to find 1 pen short. I talked with Jasimin the cashier and the pharmacist HEATHER HUFF butted in and said it had been filled wrong for the past 1 1/2 years. So thats the way it is. I can transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy! Im completely pissed off! After several minutes talking with Jasimin she suppressed the situation. She handled the situation professionally. I didnt get the other pen. HEATHER HUFF needs to be fired! She wasnt concerned about anything but sending a long time customer to walgreens. Kroger needs to wake up!"

"This pharmacy is the slowest I've used. I was told by one of the staff the works the window that they nothing ready for me. Came home and called ,the last said I had one ready and has been for 2 days. Not worth the frustration to go there. Now going somewhere else and saving money at the same time. Hah"

"You deserve better! The cashiers take great pleasure in causing problems for the customers. They have told me on the phone that my medicine is ready. I get there and it's not in stock. I was told my insurance wasn't on file, when it was the week before. They always smiled slyly when they got smart with me. I'm so glad I just transferred my prescriptions."
