"They sell retail as well as wholesale they will cut steaks to your size I've had Ribeyes and smoked sausage both were excellent. Most of their items you buy in bulk. Such as the smoked sausage I had to buy 5 lb. But the ribeye steaks I could buy two or three cut to the thickness I wanted. The steaks were delicious as were the smoke sausage."
