"Guy who cut my hair was nice, but have been told by about 3 people that the back portion of my cut is botched. Separately, the haircut is advertised as $16.70, but because I asked him to use scissors on the top, that was an extra $2 charge that I didn’t find out about until checkout. Last time I’ll be here."
"It's time for a regime change. These two woman have been extremely rude for too long. Enough is enough. Get rid of them both. Explain to them, nothing is guaranteed. They act like, they are untouchable."
"I usually take my son to a barber shop in Gulfport. However, he needed a haircut on a Sunday and AAFES on Keesler was the only place open on a Sunday. My son was thrilled with the haircut and I was thrilled with the atmosphere, customer service, and price."
"Came in Sunday 27 Nov for a fade from a 1 to a 2 with a little off the top, I had the only man working cut my hair. Came home to see that my hairline was not straight and had half dollar sized chunks of hair removed from the top. I had to have my hair buzzed afterward. Stay far away from this unless you want to end up looking like you just came out of basic training."
"They discriminate 13.65 for men and 18.20 for women even if they get the same hair cut. I have recorded conversations of them saying this and of 2 female managers telling me it was a misunderstanding. It was not I have multiple witnesses that had a very heated conversation with one of the employees because all they said was they don’t make the rules. Whoever is in charge is trying to force all females to go the the salon even if they have a short military cut. This is wrong we fight for freedom for this to happen right on base . Whoever is responsible should be ashamed . Seriously considering taking this story to the local news something needs to change."
