"Drove over an hour for a terrible experience. Not willing to trade or sell DS shoes to a Buy Sell Trade shop. The shop did not feel welcoming either. Hopefully the shop does better in the future, as for now this experience was Poor."
"Not worth it at all. After hearing SO much about how wonderful the place was (from the owner's mother), we went to see about trading some shoes in. They were brand new, still in the box, with authentication. We simply wanted to trade in for a size that fit because the wrong size was ordered. As soon as we walked in, the smell of the place was horrible. It was everything I could do to stand there and wait to be helped. He never even bothered to ask us how we were doing, or if we needed help. We simply walked over and took the shot ourselves. He seemed beyond annoyed to even be there. Then he said he couldn't help because he'd never get rid of the shoes I was trading in. Funny, because 10 minutes after putting said shoes online, there were multiple people interested. His prices are way too high also. So unfortunate. He almost had a few new customers."
