"I shop at this Murphy location almost every day whether I am getting gas or just stopping by to get a drink. Normally when I go most of the staff seem like they hate their job. The customer service here is below average. I must say that I stopped on 10/09/2022 and Demetria helped me. I think everyone there calls her Ms. D! She gave me the best service with a smile. She was delighted to be working and helping the customers. If anyone from Murphy reads this you should definitely reach out to her she works at the 4021 Bienville Blvd location in Ocean Springs MS. She should be a valued employee and could teach the other staff about "making the best out of your situation" as she told me when I commited about how polite and nice she was. If I could rate her individually it would definitely be 5 stars."

"We stopped by on Sunday morning May 16, 2021 at 8:23 am. I'm assuming on the receipt that Jenifer is the cashier. I was going to post sooner but since our trip life goes on. I looked thru all my receipts from our trip to make comments on each thing that we did and kept receipts since I gave a little time today. I went in to pay on pump seven. I had to wait for 15 minutes. I said hello several times. Than I realized there is a drive thru. I watch this lady chat up someone at the window while my husband waited at the pumps and me in the store. A gentleman walked in and I raised my voice hey how are you today. She came around the corner and looked and finally realized I was there. Other than that the store was clean. Just needed a little more recognition that I was in the store"

"This is easily the cheapest gas around. Inside the store, they have just about anything you could want and all the fountain drinks are the same price no matter which size you get. The staff are quick to get you in and out as fast as possible and are friendly as well. My only wish is that they sold Rock Star energy drinks."
