"I try and support small businesses and I did just this with getting all my families prescriptions transferred over to the Biloxi store. Everytime the staff is very unfriendly at the pharmacy, the gentleman said to me, it will be 45 min. I asked if there was anyway it could be sooner, he stated, I guess yours is more important than others. I looked around and did not see any cars in the drive through and no one waiting, I said, well she just had surgery and she is in pain, I was just asking. He said, yeah ill do it, because hers is more important than all the rest that we have. I should have walked out and cussed him out right there but I was at his mercy to fill. I didn't have the energy to get frustrated. The second time, same thing, 45 min. I asked if I can wait, she gave me a look and said rudely, if you want or you can leave and cone back. I waited, I asked if she could let me know when it was ready. 45 min went by and I walked up to the counter, she said oh, I was just done, while her and the other girl laughed and stated, I was gonna mKe her wait it out. I heard them as I walked away. So needless to say, I have now transferred all my families scripts out of there. They are slow and very unprofessional, seems they have had a big turn around with employees in the pharmacy, I wonder why? I never filled any medicines so no need to comment back what the other Manager commented, I wrote the review on a different Polks store. Local isn't always the right way. I won't even get gas there anymore, in my boat, cars and I tell all my customers the same. Don't support businesses that don't find you are their doors, keep doors open when customers come first. 45 min waits for medicine hahaha let Medical Arts Pharmacy show you how its done."

"The staff in the pharmacy is always super friendly and fast, but i felt compelled to leave a good review today. They mentioned to me that they'd been having computer issues all morning, yet they'd still greeted me with a smile, and had my prescription ready within a couple of minutes after I arrived, despite me having stopped by without notice to check on its status. Even though you can't use GoodRX, it worth paying a little more to always have a good experience where your meds are actually in stock and you're spoken to like a person instead of a burden."
