"This store has THE BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced!! So I have a friend that found herself without shoes for her daughter’s Beauty and Beau, 3 hours before they had to be there. I was calling around, trying to find some shoes that would work while she was getting her hair and makeup done. The staff at The Shoe Box & Dance Barre literally JUMPED into action! She sent me pictures of what they had in her size AND THEN loaded them up and brought them to the salon where she was getting her hair and makeup done!! My friend COULD NOT believe it when they walked in the door. Her daughter felt like a literal princess, and the entire day was saved!! Stuff like that DOES NOT happen anymore!!! The level of care and concern was unmatched. They took immediate action to help in any way they could! Everybody was sooo kind and it was just the best experience I’ve ever had with a retail store of ANY kind!!! I didn’t know a single person that works there and have yet to meet them in person. They were overly willing to help a stranger just because we needed it!! We’ve told EVERYBODY about them!! They are THE BEST!!!"
