"Went yesterday 8/14/23 to get some drinks. Soda machine was down, cashier on duty couldn’t seem to care when issue was brought to their attention and there was a customer who was making tea because the staff couldn’t care to make sure there was tea or at least put a sign on the drink fountain to inform people it wasn’t working before they wasted their time tryin to get a drink that wasn’t water. Definitely will not return to this location again"
"I just received an update in person on why this Circle k Exxon on Robert boulevard off of gause boulevard has been doing so poorly lately and why they have been closed a lot. There were rumors going around about one of the employees catching the coronavirus, well that's BS. The truth is that I don't want to say anything negative about the new company and the employs. But Tony gave me the low down and it just happens that business-wise with this Circle k they just had some issues that had to be tended to. But nothing bad so I just can't stress that enough, but it has been rectified and taking care of and this Circle k will be getting back on it's feet and back to regular business in no time."
"I'm giving this store 5 stars ONLY because two employees they have there! Young slim guy Matt and the young (can't remember her name) black girl with gold hair!! They are excellent with customer service! Always friendly, pay attention to customers needs! Way to go you two!! Keep doing awesome, that's why I come there. But the negative is this store is always out of something!! Never really fully stocked considering the volume it has."
