"We went and bought some goldfish from Mr. Dickey today. The fish did so good in my goldfish pond that I called back up there to let him know I was on my way back to buy more. Mr. Dickey said come on out. We got there and Mr. Dickey and I was getting some goldfish. I was picking out the once I wanted for my goldfish pond. Some young guy walks up and said only Mr. Dickey or I dip the fish out in a rude way. After I spend all that money this morning this young dude is going to walk up and be rude to me. That is not how you run a business. I will never go back. Sorry Mr. Dickey I have known you for a longtime. I would not let someone talk to your customers like that because he will run them off."
