"Parents waiting for their car to get fixed. Been in the shop several months. Taking forever to get it repaired. Waiting on a part.....Three and a half months still no vehicle back . I believe we are working on five months now. Ridiculous. Get the dam job done....waiting on parts is the same old rehash. Working on 6 months. Still no vehicle absolutely crazy.....7 months waiting on a dam part. No idea when the part will be available. This is craziness to the max. This vehicle is not that old. What say you Ray Brandt Collision Center!!!!!! A response and some clarity would be nice....Dec 1st 2023 still no vehicle. Vehicle might become a relic by the time my parents get it back....8 months what a disgrace. You guys should take your awards down off your wall. I will be videoing next time I am in town. Back again still no vehicle. Contact @honda on Facebook and have a case number now. Not sure when the vehicle will be ready. It has been in the shop so long that the fuel in the tank will be bad....just a thought. Well getting closer for my parents getting their vehicle back..10 months and counting. Pitiful Ray Brandt Collision. How do you guys stay in business. Parents finally received their car. Wow better late than never."
