"To start off the lady that works Night Shift is always the rudest person, no manners whatsoever. I went in there tonight on Thursday the 9th to turn in about five or six tickets, that I won some money on. Wasn’t much about $32 altogether. Well I didn’t count it until I got outside so I go back inside and say you only gave me $28 and she proceeds to get an attitude. She says these are all the tickets you gave me. And then says you’re supposed to scratch this off, so she gave me my ticket I just gave her back to me after I came in asking about the extra money. I mean who keeps somebody’s ticket if they forgot to scratch it, and you didn’t tell them about it. It’s ridiculous!"
