"Stopped in this morning, at approximately 10:44 a.m. Purchased 2 burritos on my way back over to Brandon. I've got to say, the burritos were not fresh, they were re-fried. I could taste more grease than the burrito itself. The tortilla you could see the grease build up. Both burritos were from yesterday. Very disappointed."

"Stopped in this morning - 04/02/2022 - to get gas and 4 piece chicken tenders. The 4 piece tenders was displayed for the price of $6.19. When I went to pay, the total with $10.00 gas was $18.01. I told the cashier that the sign clearly displayed $6.19. She said that the price of chicken went up and she would not honor the displayed price. I will not be back. "I stopped in tonight between 5:25-5:40 PM there was this girl at the register and she saw I was in a hurry but she stood at her register and just let me stand there behind another person being waited on by the other attendant. I noticed she was standing there without a customer so I said I'm sorry I didn't realize you were checking people out. She didn't say can I help you or anything she acted as if she just had the worst attitude. So I put my stuff on the counter and then she proceeds to tell me to slide my items to her which I did not mind doing but she just had this attitude. After ringing it up she asked if I wanted a bag and I could tell I was already inconviencing her so I said No thanks I'll carry it. Well as if that wasn't trying to be nice enough then she proceeded to count my change in her hand out of the register which I gave her a hundred dollar bill and she stood there and counted it out as slow as she could in her own hand. Then she just handed me the change without counting it back and never said Thank you or anything so I asked for receipt just so I could make sure she gave me the correct change when I got back to my car and to see if it had her name on it. She was the rudest person I have encountered in a long time and just acted as if she had a BIG ISSUE I was actually extra nice but after I I realized she really obviously had an issue or a problem the more I thought about it the more I thought that this needed to be reported. I am usually easy going and don't let little stuff get to me but this girl could see I was in a hurry and she was really taking her time and wasting mine. I sure hope that she doesn't treat other customers this way it's really bad business. Please just look at the camera you will see. I don't come through there that often but my family does and next time I will be recording her behavior so you might want to address it because there was something seriously wrong with the way she treats her customers. I hope you as a manager or owner will address this and not let your attendant treat other customers this way. I would appreciate someone looking into it. My receipt is in the car and it literally took me to almost midnight to get home tonight so I will be posting her name tomorrow if her name is even on the ticket she was a Mexican girl I with long hair. "Drove thru on 09-2017. Cashier Cynthia has a very charming and helpful attitude. She deserves a raise because not very many cashiers pay attention to detail and friendliness as her. Got her name from my receipt and remembered that I needed to make the time to commend her great service."
