Called to arrange a drop-off on a weekday and told them I would be there 10 minutes after 5 and no one willingly to help. I found a new place willing to work with my work schedule for pickup and drop-off."

I went on parts tree and got them in the mail in 4 days ! I’ll just start ordering all my parts , they seem incompetent to me or worse just don’t care !"

"Was Sold tokens labled as silver tokens Bought(2)silver 1 ounce tokens labled as such, had them weighed and tested neither were silver or 1 ounce. They refunded money to my card but wouldn't return the fee for using the card even tho it was not real silver tokens that they sold. Manager or whoever jeff is was rude and unprofessional about it and wouldnt refund the full amount."

"We took our Cub Cadet lawn tractor in for warranty service. An employee helped us unload it when we dropped it off. The work was completed in less than a week. They loaded the tractor onto our trailer when we picked it up. All employees we encountered were friendly and helpful."
