"Avoid this company at all cost! Very unprofessional and don’t seem to care about their customers. We currently have NO water and have been without water since Monday. We were scheduled for Thursday evening between 11am-3pm, a tech did not arrive until after 6pm that day with no call or explanation. He was here for maybe 15 minutes before telling me he had a rough day and would have to come back tomorrow and that it would be $650 out of pocket (not covered by my warranty) which I find out later from my warranty company was a lie and I should not be charged out of pocket. Fast forward to Friday and they cancel on me again and tell me they have me down for Monday morning first thing. Now it is Monday and they are once again pushing it off telling me Tuesday. Finally I reach out to my warranty company today and he reaches out to this company and they blatantly lie to them saying that I “never agreed to the repair” but I’ve been calling them everyday since Thursday. Not to mention no one reaches out to you to explain anything from this company, every single time I have had to personally reach out to this company to find out anything about my appointment and the guy answering the phone acts inconvenienced anytime you call. Extremely unprofessional, I would not recommend if you are looking for quality or timely service."

"Anthony and Ty were so helpful in explaining the issue my washing machine was experiencing. They took the time to demonstrate how the previous technicians didn't properly diagnose the problem and found the real reason for my stoppage (which has nothing to do with the initial stoppage report).
