"First and foremost, the staff at R and T are friendly, receptive, courteous, professional and willing to listen to needs and concerns. I dropped off my Kawasaki Mule after experiencing some smoking problems in the engine. The GFI light was on in the dash. They got on the problem right away and called me after a few days to report the problem. They also told me that they would contact the manufacturer as they had not encountered a similar diagnosis before. Something to do with the coils that fired the engine. After a few days they were happy to report that the manufacturer was taking care of the problem, even though my vehicle was 10 years old. R and T staff went out their way to resolve my problem. I was relieved to know that what appeared to be a costly repair was circumvented due to their diligence. Thank you R and T. I highly recommend this dealership for all your needs. Sam"
