"STAY AWAY - THEY GET ZERO STARS! I rented equipment for 3 days then called for rental pickup. Apparently they didn't process paperwork on their end - so the equipment sat where I left it for almost a month. They then proceeded debit my account two additional times for a machine they were instructed to pick up but never did - for an additional cost of over $3,300. These are unlawful and unauthorized charges - my attorney has been contacted."
