"Arrived For the First Time today. Parking lot full of people but the store is closed even though the sign says open. Customer State the employee left 20 minutes ago to pick up some items. I have been waiting for 1 hour and no employee is to be found even though the store States open. Most of the customers that were currently here waiting have decided to go across the street to Bella's instead. So you're currently losing business to a competitor across the street because your employee has locked the door but left the sign saying that it is in fact open"
