"I cannot even explain how unkind the staff was. No one smiled at me, no one apologized for not being able to help me repair something, there was only backtalk. I’m a business major and the first rule of business is THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. I left in tears as the older lady at the front desk chuckled. Don’t waste your time (or money) on people who think they’re above kindness."

"I took a 350.00 Ralph Lauren sports coat there to have the sleeve length altered. The jacket came back with a ring above the cuff where they let it out. I was told to take it to a cleaners to see if they could steam press it out. I asked “what if they can’t get it out” and her answer was a blunt “Your Stuck with it” and they still charged me 32.10 for it. Ridiculous. You’ve been warned!! Worse alteration I’ve ever had. SMH 1 star is waaaaaay to many."

"If you’re looking to have something altered, I highly suggest looking elsewhere. The women that run the store are very unfriendly and uninviting. They don’t even greet you when you walk in. I had them alter two items for me because I am new to town and had seen their sign on the square before. I assumed they would be great being located on the square. Not only are they rude, they really can’t alter anything. I asked to have the waist of a pair of jeans brought in and they said they “couldn’t do it the way other people do it because they don’t have the equipment for that”. Then I had a bridesmaids dress that needed to be brought in on each side and needed some work done on the breast area and they told me they couldn’t do that either. They could bring in the sides but couldn’t do anything at all to fix the breast area. Which by the way is just too big and needed to be brought in as well. They weren’t very creative in helping me figure out how to fix my clothes and generally acted like I was a burden for being there. The only reason I gave two stars is because my jeans turned out okay. The bridesmaids dress that I have to wear for a wedding this weekend is still too big and I will end up having to pin it. I will definitely find somewhere else to use next time."

"The work I needed (hemming and steaming) was done quickly and they called twice to make sure I knew to come in and pick it up. Definitely satisfied with the end result!"
