"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have been waiting on a uniform delivery from Superior's HPI Direct division for FOUR MONTHS!!!! I have sent multiple messages via the website, none of which has received a response. The "customer service" call center makes excuses and promises, but STILL nothing happens. Calls to their corporate offices land in a recorded loop, where a live person never answers the phone. What a lousy way to run a business! If I had a choice, I would obtain my uniform components anywhere EXCEPT HPI Direct!!!!"
