"This store usually has in stock what I am looking for if Walmart doesn't. On the flip side, if I buy something at Walmart but am unable to use it, even if it is a food product I cannot eat, they will refund me for it. Winn Dixie will not...and because of this I will not be shopping at Winn Dixie if I can find groceries elsewhere."

"I visited this Winn Dixie and had an issue with the Primo 5 gallon water station that is set up in the store. After talking with an associate who clearly stated she had no clue about the station, I asked for a manager. The manager denied talking to me and sent the exact same associate who told me she knew nothing about the station to tell me “There’s no idea why a Primo Station is holding Kentwood bottles”. This is false advertisement and needs to be corrected immediately. And every customer and issue matters, no matter how big or small. I have spent too much money in this store to be treated as though I'm begging for something."
