"Fonta saw a picture of what my child wanted and she claimed that she could render the services. Instead she free handed and did what she wanted to do. When I told her I didn’t like it and asked for a refund she refused. I left her shop and was texting her she still refused to fix her hair or refund me. I’m not sure who the owner of this business is but this was my experience with one of the stylist. She kept saying her hair was to short for the style. All she had to do was refuse the services and say “No your hair is too short” instead she braided her hair the way she wanted it. I never got out the way with her, and neither did my baby. She stop responding to my text which was shocking because I’m a returning client. I wear weave but my daughter doesn’t. If she couldn’t do a style without weave she could’ve said that and I would’ve gladly found someone else."

"I took my daughter here for a 12 o'clock appointment. They didn't start until close to 2 o'clock then took an hour break. Went in to get some regular box braids, they were sloppy and all different sizes, they looked NOTHING like the picture I sent them! Will NEVER use them again and would not recommend! I gave them two stars because they offered to do it again the next day but I didn't want to put my child's head through that. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! $160 down the drain."
