"As a male with male pattern baldness and struggling with it for over a decade I decided to give the hair system with Lauren a chance. I ordered the 6 month hair piece (there were options for 3 or 6 months). The hair was the wrong color and it was destroyed after three months. I was told that it was because I touched the hair too much which led to it being thinned but this was not the case. I ordered a second hair piece which was again the wrong color. When I confronted Lauren with my concerns she refused to continue to work with me. This was obviously devastating since hair is a sensitive subject and the way I was treated throughout this process was unprofessional. While the talent is definitely there the level of professionalism is sorely lacking and irresponsible. Overall, very disappointed with the process and will certainly not recommend this service."

"Was in town from New York, Christmas week, and was looking to get a root touch-up. Angela made time for me. The shop was blend of modern and rustic. Angela was friendly and worked with me to pick the right color. Products used after washing smelled great and my curls are bouncy and vibrant. Was taken aback by the $100 bill; usually spend $50-$60 in my Long Island neighborhood. Am grateful she took me; will certainly ask for price AHEAD of time in the future."

I've been extremely nervous about getting a haircut for the past three years, but Dianna was incredible. As a guy with long hair, she listened to what I asked for, took extra time and care to make sure I was happy with the progress of the cut, and made the atmosphere of the experience excellent. I got the best haircut I've received in a decade and I'll definitely be returning."
