"I will not name the hairdresser who cut my sister's hair, but this hairdresser caused my sister to leave in tears. My sister went in for a haircut, and asked the lady (a few times) to keep the length TOUCHING HER SHOULDERS and some how the hairdresser heard, let's go way above the shoulders. My sister is upset and I'm upset because I referred her to go to Rayburns. Mistakes happen, but you have got to listen to what the client is telling you. Don't just assume you know best, because you don't."
